Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Aexiz Solutions ("Aexiz," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our services, including ZTA-AI, Kyros, 24LLM, AISL, and our websites (collectively, "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • "Account": Your registered account to access Services
  • "Content": Any data, text, files, or materials you submit
  • "Inputs": Data, queries, and content you provide to our Services
  • "Outputs": Results, responses, and content generated by our Services
  • "Services": All Aexiz products, platforms, APIs, and websites
  • "Subscription": Your paid access plan for Services

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • Account creation is required to use our services
  • One person or entity per account (unless authorized for team use)

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
  • You must use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication when available
  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Services Description

4.1 ZTA-AI (Zero Trust Enterprise AI)

Enterprise AI system with zero-trust security architecture for BFSI, healthcare, and government sectors. Features include natural language querying, RBAC/ABAC access control, time-based restrictions, location-based restrictions, and data abstraction layers.

4.2 Kyros (Merchandising Intelligence)

Retail intelligence platform for merchandise planning, assortment optimization, and demand forecasting.

4.3 24LLM (Brand Understanding)

Brand intelligence and market analysis platform providing brand understanding and decision intelligence.

4.4 AISL (Data Serialization)

Research tools and open-source data serialization framework.

5. AI System Outputs and Limitations

5.1 Nature of AI Outputs

Our AI services use large language models to generate responses. AI is an opt-in feature in all products, not a system necessity. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Outputs may contain inaccuracies even when they appear detailed and specific
  • Outputs should not be relied upon for critical business decisions without independent verification
  • The system provides interpretation of data, not absolute truth
  • AI outputs do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise)

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content Ownership

You retain all rights to content you submit as Inputs to our Services.

6.2 Output Ownership

Subject to your rights in Input content and any third-party rights, you own the Outputs generated from your Inputs.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Payment Terms

  • ZTA-AI & Kyros: Enterprise contracts with custom pricing
  • 24LLM: Freemium model with paid tiers

Fees for Services are as described on our pricing page or in your order agreement. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AEXIZ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for Terms violation, illegal activity, or abuse of the platform.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before initiating formal proceedings, contact us at legal@aexiz.com and we will attempt to resolve through mediation within 30 days.
