Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules for using Aexiz Solutions services, including ZTA-AI, Kyros, 24LLM, and AISL. This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

General Principles

  • Use Services lawfully and ethically
  • Respect the rights and privacy of others
  • Do not interfere with other users' experience
  • Maintain security of your account and systems

Prohibited Activities

Illegal Activities

You may NOT use our Services to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or ordinances
  • Engage in or promote illegal activities
  • Facilitate criminal conduct
  • Evade law enforcement

Fraud & Deception

You may NOT:

  • Engage in fraud or financial crimes
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Deceive or mislead users or Aexiz
  • Engage in phishing or social engineering

Harmful Content

You may NOT create, distribute, or facilitate:

  • Violence or threats of violence
  • Hate speech or harassment targeting any individual or group
  • Content that exploits minors
  • Content that promotes self-harm
  • Harassment, bullying, or stalking
  • Non-consensual intimate content
  • Adult content

Privacy Violations

You may NOT:

  • Collect personal data without consent
  • Violate privacy rights of others
  • Engage in unauthorized surveillance
  • Dox or expose private information

Technical Violations

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer or decompile Services
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks
  • Interfere with service infrastructure
  • Scrape or crawl without authorization
  • Circumvent security measures or rate limits

Commercial Misuse

You may NOT:

  • Build competing products using our Services
  • Resell or redistribute Services without authorization
  • Exceed licensed usage or seat limits
  • Engage in competitive intelligence gathering

AI-Specific Prohibitions

You may NOT use AI Services to:

  • Generate misinformation or disinformation
  • Create deepfakes without disclosure
  • Impersonate real individuals
  • Generate content that bypasses safety measures
  • Automate harmful activities at scale
  • Develop weapons or cause physical harm
  • Generate illegal content
  • Provide medical or legal advice (if not licensed)

Industry-Specific Requirements

Healthcare (HIPAA)

If using Services with Protected Health Information (PHI):

  • Ensure appropriate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place (we do sign BAAs)
  • Follow minimum necessary standard
  • Maintain required audit trails
  • Report any suspected breaches immediately

Note: We are planning HIPAA compliance certification.

Financial Services

If using Services in financial context:

  • Comply with applicable financial regulations
  • Do not use for unauthorized trading
  • Maintain required records
  • Follow KYC/AML requirements

Note: We are planning PCI DSS and RBI compliance certifications.

Government

If using Services for government purposes:

  • Comply with applicable government regulations
  • Follow data sovereignty requirements (we offer data residency options)
  • Adhere to security classification rules

Enforcement

Actions We May Take

For violations, we may take action on a case-by-case basis:

  • Issue warnings first for minor violations
  • Suspend access temporarily
  • Terminate accounts permanently
  • Remove or disable content
  • Report illegal activity to authorities
  • Pursue legal remedies

  • We will review and respond appropriately

Reporting Violations

To report AUP violations:

We investigate all reports and maintain confidentiality where possible.
